Who publishes this site, and what it does with your data.

The short answer: nothing. The long version fits in five points.

Publisher

This site is published by a private individual acting in a non-professional capacity, resident in France. Under article 6 III 2 of the French law on confidence in the digital economy, their identity is not published on the site: it is held by the host, who discloses it upon judicial request.

For any question: [email protected].

Hosting

The site and the game are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States.

Personal data

This site sets no cookie, measures no audience and embeds no third-party service. No personal data is collected here.

The game makes no network request once loaded. The first names you enter, your best score and your settings stay in your browser’s local storage, on your device. They are sent nowhere and disappear if you clear the site data.

Words typed during a game are never stored: they live for the length of the round.

Intellectual property

The Tipzzle name, the graphic identity, the texts on this site and the game code belong to their author. The Luckiest Guy and Nunito typefaces are used under their respective licences, whose text is served with the site.

Liability

The game is provided as is, without warranty. It targets no particular audience and collects nothing that could identify anybody.

Links to outside sites, if there are any, commit only those sites.

The phone is ready

Put it in the middle. Off you go.
